The only thing I can see compelling the 19-20 R holdouts at this point: the emergence of a true “power sharing” or “coalition speaker” threat (moderate R sitting/former member supported by Ds). Which is also why it probably won’t happen. This is going to take a while. — PolitiTweet.org
