This is the best court outcome I think opponents of the DeSantis map can realistically hope for. It's possible to draw a ~37% Black #FL05 entirely within Duval Co. that doesn't dilute the votes of Jacksonville's Black community. But, still doesn't meet VRA Gingles test. — PolitiTweet.org
