@samshirazim that said, this CD6 is basically the statewide vote (clinton+4, biden+11). probably tilt youngkin. but if you want to optimize around on reducing GOP vote there, it's fairly easy to get to biden+6/7 by letting CD7 take up more heavily democratic parts of richmond — PolitiTweet.org
