@ThePlumLineGS there's a perfectly fine case that a state with *only* in-person election day voting has done *enough* for democracy. i'm not saying that's optimal. but would even that constitute 'backslide to minority rule'? that was standard voting access up until a few years ago, after all — PolitiTweet.org
