I also think MT is a subtle but real disadvantage in the fight for 1%. If, say, Klobuchar has 30% of the vote in MN, that's probably enough for .5% on average (since MN is 1.7% of the US) which rounds to 1% MT, however, is 0.3% of the population, so it gets him very little — PolitiTweet.org
