I try to take a total rest day before VO2 max intervals. But we got a 7 month old and two other kids. Kids nap time takes priority over my feeble attempts at periodization. I’m of mind you get in what you can win you can. Long enough timeline it works out. Just don’t get injured. — PolitiTweet.org
