Zone 2 is easy. I’ve been tweeting while “cycling” all morning. First hour feels like waste of time; at 90 minutes my legs are slightly rubbery but breathing still even, soft. Hard day is Zone 5. This is “the leg day of cardio.” 3-5 minute sets in zone 5. It’s horrific. — PolitiTweet.org
