Yes. I always did HIIT over the years. Could hang at top end but always felt out of breath. Had no aerobic fitness. All that stuff about HIIT was a total lie, and even misrepresented the studies. Real “HIIT” is a 4 minute VO2 max interval and 4 minute rest. Done 4 times. — PolitiTweet.org
