Zone 2 is a lactate value. Lactate Pro is like $250. Some guys use that. Zone 2 can also be a power zone (cycle). You can train to heart rate under MAF formula or train to power. (Much debate over this.) I keep my HR under 140. For me, good enough. https://t.co/B3czi6kZv5 — PolitiTweet.org
