I suspect this confusion will be cleared up this month, and that the transfer *will* begin happening. I think what just happened is that DOJ got frustrated enough about the *pace* of coordinating this transfer that it decided (maybe *unwisely*) to go public with that frustration. — PolitiTweet.org
