I’m not too concerned about the breaking news indicating the House January 6 Committee is refusing to send 1,000+ transcripts to DOJ. I assume the HJ6C is just saying it’s too busy *this month* to do that work—though it isn’t much work—but either way, this transfer *will* happen. — PolitiTweet.org

I suspect this confusion will be cleared up this month, and that the transfer *will* begin happening. I think what just happened is that DOJ got frustrated enough about the *pace* of coordinating this transfer that it decided (maybe *unwisely*) to go public with that frustration. — PolitiTweet.org
