@mtyndall @DaisySRivkin it’s definitely a trade-off of having an open internet. I think you could introduce more friction into the upload process, though, that might help more bad actors: account has to be a certain age; verified phone number, etc. but this can disadvantage activists. all tradeoffs — PolitiTweet.org
