@LPDonovan Because on the one hand, a debt ceiling bill doesn’t cancel the tax/spending bill. But on the other hand, there’s apparently no guarantee that revising the budget res with debt ceiling instructions doesn’t mess with the tax/spending bill’s framework. Is that right? — PolitiTweet.org
