@JamilahLemieux I'm trying to think of how to thicken the water to a syrup's consistency so you don't have just a dixie cup of ice water without adding a flavor to it and I dunno, maybe xantham gum could do the trick? I am not a scientist but am intrigued by your problem — PolitiTweet.org
