Indeed. It’s hard to describe the variety and quality of some of these dishes, and many aren't even found in the setting of a restaurant. Fresh-made meen pollichattu on the shore. Street chaat. Steaming bisi bele bath on a banana leaf at a temple (can personally attest to that). — PolitiTweet.org
