@KampfmitKette @einsteinradler I think there will likely be political capital for serious reforms in Russia once the war is done, which will be easier given the high turnover of senior officers, but much of the failures stem from the senior political level. @The_Lookout_N One important take away, imo, is how you can develop/structure/train a military so it can still conduct complex offensive operations after substantial attrition.
