@The_Lookout_N I wasn't disagreeing with you. I think the 1st step is to learn what actually happened, and the lessons Ukrainians have drawn. Then apply it to other militaries/scenarios. @KampfmitKette @einsteinradler I think there will likely be political capital for serious reforms in Russia once the war is done, which will be easier given the high turnover of senior officers, but much of the failures stem from the senior political level.
