@umbernhard Definitely. Just noting that a big factor in discounting the risks of vote-tampering malware is the claim that persistent physical access is extremely difficult. @umbernhard Who can say what an adversary will find the most compelling? It depends on a lot of factors that we can only guess at, many particular to the operation in question. Conspiracy theories about voting machine hacking abound. Adversaries may find it advantageous to play into that. — PolitiTweet.org
