Speaking of Congress, it remains to be seen if the sponsors of the Cyber Diplomacy Act (a response to Tillerson that would codify a new bureau) will keep pushing it. One of them, Jim Langevin, is retiring. Absent a law, a future State Dept could theoretically close the bureau. — PolitiTweet.org
