NY (& Paris, LDN) are better than Amsterdam for visitors as you can pick up a Citibike (v. high quality) and drop it off at another location, so no worries about theft, etc. Was in Amsterdam last week & found no such scheme. The bike scheme replaces some public transp., better! — PolitiTweet.org
