Gotta move more when you get older. If you don’t up the volume especially of low intensity efforts (brisk walk / hikes / slow jogs / spins at 65% max heart rate), you start losing ❤️ health. In 20’s, lift 3-4 hours a week, good to go. In 40’s need that plus added cardio. Sigh. — PolitiTweet.org
