Lift 3x, one VO2 max interval day, then as much walking (mostly zone 1) as I can fit in. Usually pushing my kid in a stroller during his naps. Which doesn’t get me to zone 2 usually but two hours of steady movement is still two hours. And doesn’t burn me out. — PolitiTweet.org
