Indoor 🚴‍♀️ only, found that you can go really hard aerobically, not wake up the next day feeling like you got into a car accident. Also “easier” to do VO2 max intervals and hold 90-95% max HR indoors with fan blowing on face. Running a hill, body gives out before lungs. — PolitiTweet.org
