@jbarro if a huge pain in the ass if removed from airlines, why wouldn't stock go up? the point is that intensely held minority opinion affects policy more than softly-held majority opinion. (also why it's so hard to raise taxes on rich people even though it's very popular) — PolitiTweet.org
