It'll be open to anyone, though laid off reporters are very strongly urged to apply, as well as women, POC, LGBTQ, and disabled reporters. It's not a cure for the damage the mass layoffs have done to the industry, but hopefully we can help a few of our colleagues pay their bills — PolitiTweet.org
