Ok, all, spend 30 min talking to someone who understands this. SWIFT is a messaging system, not a bank/currency exchange. If US banks freeze (as we are doing) the big Russ banks they are cooked, 1st because Russia needs $ transactions and 2nd because of secondary sanctions. — PolitiTweet.org
