@jason_pontin @loscharlos They're all life long, me/cfs, POTs/dysautonomia, are all life long. w me/cfs especially even those few who "fully" recover can relapse. W/ dysautonomia there's no cure, if you've got POTs you've got POTs. You can work on symptom management, but there's no "cure" for these things — PolitiTweet.org

Some small amount of people can get back to baseline, but how long that lasts depends on the person. They still have the underlying issue and their symptoms can flare back up. — PolitiTweet.org
