@jason_pontin @loscharlos They're all life long, me/cfs, POTs/dysautonomia, are all life long. w me/cfs especially even those few who "fully" recover can relapse. W/ dysautonomia there's no cure, if you've got POTs you've got POTs. You can work on symptom management, but there's no "cure" for these things — PolitiTweet.org
