I respect @JoeBiden’s intent. But US investment won’t solve root causes behind immigration from Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti & Nicaragua. Those folks are fleeing cruel dictators, repression & political violence. It’s about lack of freedom & security. Don’t know how the US solves that. — PolitiTweet.org
