END/Court analyzed #1stAmendment role in prepub cases consistent w/precedent. It is powerful weapon but sometimes weaker shield. Bolton picked wrong one. He should have sued USGOVT prior to publication & used as sword. As a defensive shield, there are too many holes. He loses. — PolitiTweet.org
