I see two things: 1) O’Keefe engaged in spending that benefited himself and put PV’s nonprofit status at risk. Board’s hands were legally tied. 2) This might’ve been resolved by a reimbursement, but O’Keefe quit in advance. Board might have to sue to claw back now. — PolitiTweet.org
