This is good (albeit unnecessary, imo, because SCOTUS doesn’t even have 4 votes to accept a challenge to Obergefell). The bill is tweaked to address one particular concern I’d heard from some conservatives. Pass it as a backstop. Even more House R’s may sign onto this version. — PolitiTweet.org
