@jbarro I guess my point is just that how much demand there is to live in the Bay Area is pretty ambiguous and I don't know how well housing prices speak to that. Subjectively, I think SF has better substitutes (LA, Texas, Florida) than say NYC and that gives it greater downside risk. — PolitiTweet.org
