I think a lot of it is that there's a bit of noise in RCP and Warren had probably never really caught Biden. But, also, Buttiegieg and Bernie have gained 1-2 points and Warren is a logical place for them to take from. Klobuchar's also gained a point or so, maybe partly from EW. — PolitiTweet.org

@yeselson I don't think her handling of health care has been great, but it also doesn't necessarily need to be anything specific. Some of the other candidates have had strong periods, the media narrative around the campaign has shifted (to the extent that voters are picking up on it), etc. — PolitiTweet.org
