Buttigieg is also helpful for Sanders! There's a lot of Warren voter-Pete voter (college educated, white) overlap on demographics. And there's a lot of Buttigieg-Biden overlap on ideology (people who want a moderate). But not much Buttigieg-Bernie overlap on any dimension. — PolitiTweet.org

Yeah, it's interesting that Warren's polling at "only" ~22% in Iowa when she's also polling at ~22% nationally. That's not bad at all. But it should be a state that REALLY caters to her strengths. Buttigieg seems to be taking from both Warren & Biden in IA, but more her than him. — PolitiTweet.org

BTW, the takeaway from me in that IA poll is that Biden is in trouble there... but so is Warren. She's leveled off.… https://t.co/bemyOihxbq

The good news for Warren in IA: She seems to be a lot of people's 2nd choice. And that matters a ton given the caucus process. The fact that Buttigieg (+ maybe others like Klobuchar, Steyer) are bigger factors in IA divides the 1st-choice vote, but voters still like EW a *lot*. — PolitiTweet.org
