@SethBurn I haven't looked at whether e.g. program revenue adds value above and beyond conference strength and the other metrics we use. We also allow Elo ratings to carry over from season to season, which tends to help the big name programs. — PolitiTweet.org

@SethBurn We don't treat ND the same as other independents for all purposes. For instance, the system uses a number of priors based on conference strength, and ND is treated as a power conference team while the other independent aren't. — PolitiTweet.org
