It's obviously not a perfect heuristic, in part because this can confuse cause and effect (i.e. losing campaigns have more to complain about), but in general the quality of a campaign is inversely proportional is how often it publicly argues/kvetches about the polls. — PolitiTweet.org

If there have to be 2 debates, it wouldn't be *that* hard to set up an algorithm to maximize the number of pairings that haven't occurred before (e.g. Biden-Warren), where the priority given to the pairing is determined by the candidates' polling averages. — PolitiTweet.org
