Obviously if you eat nothing but burgers/fries/nuggets it’s hard to be healthy. But if you eat some of that stuff, doing it at McDonald’s (or other burger chains) rather than a mom-and-pop eatery makes it relatively easy to exercise portion control and stay on track. — PolitiTweet.org
