@sdamico Congress passed quiet pro-nuclear reforms in 2019’s NEIMA and in the 2020 lame duck but the sticking point now is at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and while congress could potentially help unstick that, it would have to involve noisy pressure not “secret”-style action. — PolitiTweet.org
