@smithsj No … I was expecting bucatini, which I heard was the normal pasta to serve this with in Rome, but they called it spaghetti on the menu and it doesn’t have the hole. It’s just a bit thicker than most spaghetti. Sources say this shape is called spaghettoni. — PolitiTweet.org
