@MattZeitlin That’s definitely a kind of cop view. But what I think he meant is that if there’s a reasonably high profile crime, then a lot of the benefits (media attention, closure for victims, etc) accrue as long as anyone is convicted — doesn’t matter if he did it. — PolitiTweet.org
