Looking back at ARP the biggest technical design flaw is it gave out state aid money that was totally out of proportion to need in a way that mostly serves to make Republican governors look good. But while this was dumb, I don’t think it’s impacted inflation much. — PolitiTweet.org

Just logically it seems obvious to me that nominal wage growth (and therefore inflation) would have been lower with a smaller fiscal response. The interesting question is whether that would have made real wages higher or even lower? — PolitiTweet.org
