@AlexParkerDC I disagree. It’s in his book, it was in his 2006 Hamilton Project speech, it was very central to mainstream Dem thinking in the aughts. Due to the recession he detoured from that agenda to do ARRA but there’s a reason the ACA was crafted to be non-stimulative. — PolitiTweet.org
