@nbeaudrot Yeah, I was trying to get at this with a size threshold — a reasonably focused site would have a lot of leeway but an aspirationally universal service would have to be either a common carrier like Ma Bell or have super-strict standards & practices like the Big 3 TV networks. — PolitiTweet.org
