@jonathanchait It was definitely true that *in Wisconsin last week* the pandemic was much more present in Milwaukee than elsewhere in the state, it’s just not clear that will be true in November. Perhaps by then immunity will be widespread in cities that get hit first. — PolitiTweet.org
