@EricLoblaw @MattBruenig I believe in apostolic succession and the efficacy of the sacraments, but that doesn't mean the clergy are sinless or even mostly good. In fact I studied Augustine, who in the Donatist made this very argument (the good of the sacraments is distinct from the good of the clergy.) — PolitiTweet.org
