@tony_bronx next time, i might go 2c almond flour and leave in the second egg white for a bit more body, as i said. as-is, they bake out fairly flat with crispy, lightly browned edges and chewy, moist centers. i'll freeze dough next time to see if that minimizes spread for a higher cookie. — PolitiTweet.org
