@STEPHEN_FINE @AkilahObviously They don’t have a choice. They would have to pass a law changing the current statute. which directs them to appoint electors based on who won the popular vote. At least in PA (and WI and MI), any attempt to change that law would be vetoed by the Democratic governor. — PolitiTweet.org
