@brianbeutler I think it's far more likely Trump was doing what he usually does: trying to make a public video seem more nefarious by referring to "tapes," which he's said many times. And he didn't need intercepts to achieve his goal of getting Ukraine to publicly announce an investigation. — PolitiTweet.org
