@RobMKendall #2 also as citizens we can hope to elect new judges and ask them to review the law again. That’s at the state level. Federal level as you know judges are appointed for life. That’s the real issue. My take is I need to read the entire opinion before really diving in. — PolitiTweet.org

@RobMKendall The law is only as good as it’s interpretation of a judge who is appointed or elected to that position. Litigation is based on case law that had already been interpreted at the highest level of court. I would assume in litigation they argue the most recent opinion? Not a lawyer — PolitiTweet.org
